1. Nature of the Platform

Time Chamber Homes ("TCH") operates a curated private network of affiliated properties worldwide.

TCH acts solely as an intermediary facilitating bookings between independent property owners ("Hosts") and guests ("Users").

TCH does not own, operate, manage, or control any listed property. Each stay constitutes a direct agreement between the User and the Host.

2. Booking & Payment

The total booking price and payment schedule are displayed and agreed upon at checkout.

A booking is confirmed once the required payment indicated at checkout has been successfully received.

Guests agree to pay the full booking amount according to the payment terms confirmed during the reservation process.

Service fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

All bookings made through Time Chamber Homes are strictly non-refundable.

By confirming a reservation, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that:

  • No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstance.
  • Cancellation does not entitle the Guest to reimbursement of any amount paid.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Although bookings are non-refundable, rescheduling may be permitted under the following conditions:

More than 30 days before check-in:

  • The Guest may reschedule the stay to a future date without any additional fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • The new stay must occur within 12 months of the original check-in date.

Between 30 and 14 days before check-in:

  • Rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability.
  • A rescheduling fee will apply.
  • The fee amount will be determined by TCH and communicated at the time of request.

Less than 14 days before check-in:

  • Rescheduling is not permitted.
  • The booking remains fully non-refundable and non-transferable.

Only one rescheduling request is permitted per booking.

TCH reserves the right to refuse rescheduling requests that appear abusive or repetitive.

5. Early Departure

If a Guest checks out early for any reason:

  • No refund
  • No credit
  • No rescheduling

6. Health & Wellness Facilities - Assumption of Risk

Properties may include:

  • Sauna
  • Cold bath / ice bath
  • Fitness equipment
  • Pools
  • Other wellness facilities

Guests acknowledge that:

  • Use of all facilities is entirely at their own risk.
  • They are responsible for assessing their physical condition.
  • TCH is not liable for injury, illness, accident, or death occurring during the stay.

Hosts are solely responsible for maintaining safe premises and holding appropriate insurance.

7. Guest Responsibility & Damages

Guests agree to:

  • Respect the property and equipment.
  • Comply with house rules.
  • Follow all local laws.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage or misconduct.

TCH reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for verified damages.

8. Travel Documents & Insurance

Guests are solely responsible for:

  • Passport validity
  • Visa requirements
  • Travel insurance coverage

TCH is not liable for denied entry, travel disruption, or medical costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TCH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • TCH's total liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees collected for the booking.
  • TCH is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of Hosts or other guests.

10. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, war, transportation shutdowns), bookings remain subject to the no-refund policy.

Rescheduling may be offered at TCH's sole discretion but is not guaranteed.

11. Code of Conduct

Time Chamber Homes is a curated network for disciplined, high-performing individuals.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal activities
  • Drug use
  • Unauthorized events
  • Disturbance of neighbors
  • Misuse of facilities

Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
