Nature of the Platform

Time Chamber Homes ("TCH") operates a curated private network of affiliated properties worldwide.

TCH acts solely as an intermediary facilitating bookings between independent property owners ("Hosts") and guests ("Users").

TCH does not own, operate, manage, or control any listed property. Each stay constitutes a direct agreement between the User and the Host.

Booking Policy

All reservations at Time Chamber Homes must be made through our official booking channels.

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received or when a deposit has been received and the remaining balance is scheduled according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

Once a reservation is confirmed, the dates are reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for other guests.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

Payment Terms

The total booking price and payment schedule are displayed and agreed upon at checkout.

All prices are listed in the currency specified at the time of booking.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available through our official booking channels.

Guests agree to pay the full booking amount according to the payment terms confirmed during the reservation process.

Time Chamber Homes reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has not been paid according to the payment deadlines communicated at the time of booking.

All transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the guest.

Strict No-Refund Policy

All bookings and deposits at Time Chamber Homes are strictly non-refundable.

Due to the limited availability of accommodation and the nature of the Time Chamber Homes experience, once a reservation is confirmed, the dates are reserved exclusively for you and are no longer available to other guests.

For this reason, refunds are not provided for guest-initiated cancellations, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans
• Travel delays or flight cancellations
• Illness or injury
• Personal emergencies
• Visa or passport issues
• Weather conditions
• Dissatisfaction with the experience

By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees that:

• Cancellation does not entitle the guest to reimbursement of any amount paid.
• Service fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this strict non-refundable booking policy.

Date Change Policy

Although bookings are non-refundable, guests may request to reschedule their stay under the following conditions.

If the newly selected dates have a higher price than the original reservation, the guest must pay the difference in price.

The new stay must take place within 12 months of the original check-in date.

Time Chamber Homes reserves the right to limit the number of date changes per reservation and to refuse rescheduling requests that appear abusive or repetitive.

Early Departure Policy

If a guest decides to leave a Time Chamber Homes location before the end of their scheduled stay for any reason, including personal reasons, illness, dissatisfaction, or emergencies:

• The remaining nights will not be refunded.
• The unused nights cannot be credited toward a future stay.
• The unused nights cannot be rescheduled.

By booking your stay, you agree that any early departure results in the forfeiture of all remaining nights.

Travel Insurance & Documents

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellations
• Medical expenses
• Travel disruptions
• Personal injury
• Lost luggage

Time Chamber Homes is not responsible for financial losses related to independent travel arrangements or medical emergencies outside our control.

Guests are solely responsible for:

• Passport validity
• Visa requirements
• Travel insurance coverage

TCH is not liable for denied entry, travel disruption, or medical costs.

Health & Physical Activities

Time Chamber Homes locations offer access to various fitness, wellness, and recreational facilities, which may include:

• Strength training and fitness facilities
• Sauna
• Cold exposure (ice baths)
• Swimming pools
• Physical challenges and outdoor activities

Participation in these activities is voluntary and at the guest's own risk.

By participating, guests confirm that:

• They are physically capable of participating in their chosen activities.
• They have no known medical condition that would make participation unsafe.
• They accept responsibility for their health and wellbeing.

Time Chamber Homes, its owners, staff, and partners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health complications resulting from guests' voluntary participation in these activities, except where caused by negligence or misconduct on our part.

Hosts are solely responsible for maintaining safe premises and holding appropriate insurance.

Guests are encouraged to consult a medical professional before participating if they have any health concerns.

Liability Disclaimer

Time Chamber Homes is not responsible for:

• Personal injuries resulting from guests' own actions or misuse of facilities
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Accidents resulting from guests' negligence or failure to follow safety instructions
• Damages caused by third parties outside our control
• Travel disruptions or transportation issues outside our control

Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings and actions during their stay.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TCH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• TCH's total liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees collected for the booking.
• TCH is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of Hosts or other guests.

Community & Behavior Policy

Time Chamber Homes is a curated network for disciplined, high-performing individuals, designed to create a focused, healthy, and respectful environment.

All guests must:

• Respect other guests and staff
• Follow the property rules and guidelines provided by the team
• Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times
• Respect the facilities, accommodation, and shared spaces
• Follow all local laws

Smoking, vaping, alcohol, recreational drugs, parties, unauthorized events, and unauthorized visitors are prohibited at Time Chamber Homes locations, as are disturbing the neighbors and misusing the facilities.

Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or disrespect toward other guests or staff will not be tolerated.

Time Chamber Homes reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund in cases of serious or repeated violations of these rules.

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to:

• Rooms and accommodation
• Furniture
• Training equipment
• Wellness facilities
• Shared spaces

Time Chamber Homes reserves the right to charge guests for reasonable repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs resulting from damage beyond normal wear and tear, including by charging the payment method on file for verified damages.

Force Majeure

Time Chamber Homes shall not be held liable for failure or delays in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government regulations
• Pandemics or travel restrictions
• Major power outages
• Strikes
• Civil unrest
• War
• Transportation shutdowns

In such circumstances, Time Chamber Homes may offer the possibility to reschedule the affected stay. Any refunds or alternative arrangements will be assessed according to the circumstances.

Photos & Media

During stays at Time Chamber Homes, photos or videos may be taken for promotional or marketing purposes.

Guests will be informed where identifiable images or recordings are intended for promotional use, and consent will be obtained where required.

Guests may decline participation in promotional photography or filming by notifying our team.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process may be used for operational purposes, including:

• Reservation management
• Guest communication
• Payment processing
• Service improvement
• Compliance with legal obligations

Personal information may be shared with service providers where necessary to deliver our services, process payments, or meet legal requirements.

We do not sell guests' personal information.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking and participating in a stay or experience at any Time Chamber Homes location, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions form part of the agreement between the guest and the Time Chamber Homes operating entity responsible for the booked location.
