  • Guest and host details
  • Payment confirmation status

Hosts and guests may communicate through the Platform. Guests may also message other guests when sharing the same booking.

Messages are stored as part of booking records and may be retained even after account deletion for legal and dispute resolution purposes.

2.4 Technical Data

  • Usage logs

This data is used strictly for security, fraud prevention, and platform functionality.

2.5 Payment Information

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking information.

Account Deletion

Accounts may be deleted if:

  • Hosts have no active listings
  • Guests have no future bookings

Upon deletion, personal account data is permanently removed.

Booking & Legal Records

Booking records and related messages are retained after account deletion for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.
